The Supreme Court has directed External Affairs and Home Affairs Ministries to issue look-out notices to track an Indian man's Russian wife who has allegedly absconded with their four-year-old child. "Trace the missing child without any loss of time and handover the custody to the respondent," the court told police. It also directed the authorities to seize the woman's passport.
