Indian motel manager Chandra Mouli Nagamallaiah was beheaded by his employee in US' Dallas after an argument over a malfunctioning washing machine, police said. Another motel worker said Nagamallaiah told her and the accused, Yordanis Cobos-Martinez, not to use the machine. Nagamallaiah asked someone to translate his instructions instead of speaking directly to Yordanis, angering him, she said.
