Air New Zealand has appointed its current Indian-origin Chief Digital Officer, Nikhil Ravishankar, as the CEO, effective from October 20. Ravishankar, who has worked with the airline for around five years, will replace Greg Foran. Air New Zealand and Air India had earlier signed an MoU to enhance connectivity and explore direct flights between the two countries by 2028.
