A 21-year-old Indian-origin UC Berkeley student was paralysed from the waist down just three weeks before her graduation after she slipped and fell from a balcony during a fraternity house party in US. Bandna Bhatti reportedly didn't receive proper medical attention for seven hours before her friends finally called 911. Bhatti had hit her head after falling roughly 12 feet.
