Indian Railways is set to introduce over 1,000 general coaches to 370 regular trains by the end of November, which will increase passenger capacity by one lakh passengers daily. Over the next two years, 10,000 non-AC coaches will be added, enhancing travel capacity for eight lakh daily passengers.
