Ati Motors has launched a humanoid-inspired robot called Sherpa Mecha, with more focus on industrial automation. The startup's CEO Saurabh Chandra said that Sherpa Mecha is "human-inspired" machine, but doesn't try too hard to mimic people. The robot has wheels for legs, carbon-fibre arms that can lift 12 kg with 1 metre reach and swappable tools in place of fingers.
