A 21-year old Indian student, Kishan Kumar Singh, was arrested in the US for allegedly trying to scam a 78-year-old woman by pretending to be a law enforcement officer. Singh reportedly told the woman that her bank accounts were compromised and pressured her to withdraw large sum of money for safekeeping. He is now in custody under $1 million bond.
