A 23-year-old Indian student has earned a Guinness World Record for building the world's smallest vacuum cleaner measuring just 0.25 inch. The student, Tapala Nadamuni, spent two years to build the vacuum cleaner, most of which is built using parts from a re-fillable ballpoint pen. The device, built with ₹20,000, has a tiny rotating fan powered by a four-volt motor.
