US President Donald Trump's trade advisor Peter Navarro, has called Indians arrogant over trade with Russia. "India, you're the biggest democracy in the world. Act like one," Navarro added. He had earlier said that India has "higher tariffs and maharaja tariffs", and this hurts American workers and businesses.
