In a landmark move, IndiGo Airlines ground staff under AGILE will now receive their highest-ever annual salary hike. Thanks to a new wage agreement signed with the All India Workers' Employee Federation, over 3,000 employees will benefit from Central Government pay scales and VDA hikes, ensuring fair, transparent, and uniform pay, with an estimated financial impact of ₹120 crore.
