Delhi Consumer Forum ordered IndiGo to pay ₹1.5 lakh to a passenger named Pinki for providing her with an "unhygienic and stained" seat during a flight from Baku to Delhi. Pinki had alleged that the airline handled the issue in a "dismissive and insensitive manner". Meanwhile, IndiGo had responded saying that she was allotted a different seat upon the complaint.
