Indo-Canadian organisations have asked the government of Canada's British Columbia province to establish Kanishka memorial and learning centre in remembrance of bombing of an Air India flight on June 23, 1985. "The families of victims...deserve more than silence...Our children and future generations deserve to understand the full truth of this tragedy," a letter by one of the organisations stated.
