The Drug Enforcement Agency in US busted a drug cartel having links with China, Pakistan's ISI and arrested Indo-Canadian gangster, Opinder Singh Sian alias Thanos. He also had ties with the Kinahan crime family, which is linked with Hezbollah. The criminal survived two attempts on his life - in 2008 and in 2011, following which he rose in Canada's underworld.
