Indonesia is weighing Chinese and Russian nuclear technology as it plans to build its first nuclear power plants using a newly identified 24,000-ton uranium reserve in West Kalimantan. The roadmap of the government is suggesting an addition of 500 MW of nuclear power by the years 2034 that is to be divided between Sumatra and the region of Kalimantan.
