Indore Municipal Corporation removed street signboards with new names in Muslim-dominated area after BJP's Akash Vijayvargiya alleged they had been renamed based on a "particular religion". Mayor Pushyamitra Bhargav accused councillor Fatma Rafiq Khan of illegally renaming five streets and ordered legal action. One removed signboard read 'Sakina Manzil Road', while another was marked 'Raza Gate'.
