External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, speaking in Rajya Sabha on April 22 Pahalgam terror attack and India's counter-terror initiatives under Operation Sindoor, said, "Indus water treaty will be held in abeyance until Pakistan irrevocably gives up support of terrorism." He added, "We had warned that blood and water will not flow together. Today we're demonstrating what we say we'll do."
