IndusInd Bank's directors got an earnings boost in FY25 following a sharp increase in board and committee meetings after the bank disclosed discrepancies in its derivatives portfolio, ET reported. Chairman Sunil Mehta's sitting fee more than doubled to ₹96.25-lakh from ₹47.95-lakh in FY24. Board member, KPMG's senior advisor, Pradeep Udhas' sitting fee jumped to ₹84-lakh from ₹25.2-lakh in FY24.
