Infosys has given a salary hike of 5-8% to most of its employees based on their performance ratings, the Economic Times reported. Meanwhile, a small number of top performers received hikes of up to 20%. The pay hikes were reportedly 5-10% lower across the bands compared with the last pay revision of November 2023.
