Infosys has initiated its annual performance appraisal process, with employees required to submit reviews by October 17. After last year's delayed and modest hikes, staff are hopeful for better revisions in 2026. The Bengaluru-based IT giant, with over 3.23 lakh employees, will finalise ratings by January, while salary revisions are expected around June next year.
