Infosys is planning to hire around 20,000 college graduates this year, CEO Salil Parekh said. Strategic investments in AI and reskilling initiatives have enabled the company to maintain a competitive edge, and it has trained around 2.75 lakh employees in AI and related skills, Parekh added. The firm has already recruited over 17,000 people in the April-June quarter of FY26.
