Infra.Market, a Bengaluru-based construction-materials marketplace, has filed for an IPO worth ₹5,000 crore via SEBI’s confidential filing route. The issue is likely to be split equally between fresh shares and an offer for sale. The company posted FY25 revenue of ₹18,000 crore and profit of ₹300 crore.
