Chandni Chowk Sarv Vyapar Mandal President Sanjay Bhargava said that his shop is located around 600 metres from blast site but whole building shook when the blast occurred. "Initially we thought that a terrace had collapsed as the sound was so loud," he said. "It is fortunate that this incident did not happen on the weekend," Bhargava added.
