If any under-trial prisoner faces harassment, ill-treatment, or forced sodomy by fellow inmates, they can approach the appropriate trial court by submitting an application to be transferred to an isolated cell. According to prison rules, jail authorities are also required to arrange a medical examination upon request by the inmate, said Advocate Deepak Somani.
