A large number of inmates from Dillibazar Jail in Kathmandu were being held back by army personnel after they stepped out of jail amid raging anti-corruption protests across the country. The inmates were demanding that they be released from prison. At least 19 people have been killed amid violence, and several ministers, including PM KP Sharma Oli, have resigned.
