Congress leader and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi claimed Centre tells foreign dignitaries to not meet him when they come to India or when he goes abroad. He stated the central government does this due to their "insecurity". "We also represent India, only the government does not represent India," he added.
