A 26-year-old man accused of operating an Instagram account that posted videos and photographs of Bengaluru women without their consent was detained following a woman's viral post. The page has several videos of women walking on road. "This person walks around Church Street pretending to film 'chaos'- but in reality, [he] follows women and records them," woman's post read.
