Meta has unveiled its new safety tools for teen users on Instagram to combat exploitative content and potential predators. It revealed that 1.3 lakh Instagram accounts that left inappropriate comments or requested explicit images from profiles featuring children were deleted in 2025. Meta also removed an additional 5 lakh Instagram and Facebook accounts linked to the original violating profiles.
