Addressing a rally in West Bengal's Durgapur on Friday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said the youth of West Bengal is "forced" to migrate to other states of the country. "Even for small works, the youth has to go to other states. Instead of new industries coming here, the old ones are being shut down," PM Modi stated.
