San Francisco-based startup The Intelligent Search Company (TISC) has raised $2.1 million in a pre-seed round led by OVO Fund and n49p with Panache Ventures. Founded by Arpan Bhattacharya and Mahbod Sabbaghi, TISC is building an AI-driven retrieval engine that unifies live, multimodal data to help teams in sports, emergency response and defense make faster, more confident real-time decisions.
