Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has said that the country is 'sincerely interested' in resuming the Russia-India-China (RIC) trilateral. "Now that an understanding is being reached between India and China on how to calm the border situation, it is time to revive the RIC," said Lavrov. He alleged that NATO tried to drag India into anti-China activities.
