IPL franchises spent ₹639.15 crore in the two-day IPL 2025 mega auction in Jeddah to buy 182 players, including 62 overseas players. As many as eight RTMs were used. Out of the 182 players, six were sold for more than ₹15 crore. IPL 2025 mega auction has broken the record for the highest amount spent at an IPL auction.
