The first phase of squad selection for International League T20 (ILT20) Season 4 is complete, with franchises allowed to retain up to eight players. Phil Salt, key to RCB’s maiden IPL title, is among the retained. England’s 2022 T20 World Cup winners Alex Hales, Chris Woakes, Liam Livingstone, Moeen Ali and Sam Curran will also feature in the season starting December 2.
