Iran has told mediators Qatar and Oman that it will not engage in ceasefire talks while being under attack from Israel, Reuters reported citing an official. The official stated Iran has informed Qatar and Oman that Iran will pursue negotiations only after it has completed its response to Israel's pre-emptive strikes. Israel launched attack on Iran on Friday.
