Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and his family were evacuated to an underground bunker in Lavizan in northeastern Tehran hours after Israel began its attack, Iran International reported. The report claimed that Israel's Sunday attack on Mashhad was a warning to Khamenei "that he isn't safe anywhere". This comes as reports suggest Israel could target Khamenei.
