IRB Infrastructure Trust executed a Share Purchase Agreement on October 2 to transfer 100% of three special purpose vehicles to IRB InvIT Fund. This follows unitholders' approval on June 17, 2025. The equity value agreed is ₹4,905 crore, with cash consideration. Project SPVs contributed approximately ₹469 Crore (8.80%) to the Private InvIT's consolidated turnover for 2024-25.
