IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd will acquire three BOT road SPVs—IRB Hapur Moradabad, Kaithal, and Kishangarh Gulabpura from its private InvIT for ₹8,436 crore. IRB will also manage O&M operations, adding ₹3,100 crore to its order book. Post-acquisition, IRB’s total O&M order book rises to ₹33,600 crore, subject to regulatory approvals and compliances.
