Microsoft signed a multi-year $9.7 billion GPU cloud services deal with IREN, granting access to Nvidia GB300 chips over five years with a 20% prepayment. IREN will purchase about $5.8 billion worth of GPUs and related equipment from Dell Technologies, deploying them in phases through 2026 at its 750 MW Texas facility.
