The International Rice Research Institute (IRRI) joined BIRC 2025 as Research & Knowledge Partner, aiming to unlock ₹1.17 lakh crore in new global rice markets for India. The two-day event in New Delhi will host 1,000 international buyers, 2,500 exporters, and 5,000 farmers, with live culinary demos showcasing Indian rice varieties' versatility for global cuisines.
