Karnataka IT Minister Priyank Kharge on Sunday questioned whether there is talent in Assam and accused the Centre of diverting major investments from Karnataka to Assam and Gujarat. Reacting to his statement, Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma said, "Priyank Kharge is a first-class idiot...he has insulted the Assamese youth and the Congress has not yet condemned him."
