Israel and US are now seeking a full-fledged deal in Gaza rather than ceasefires being conducted in phases, reports claimed. The shift in Israel's approach reportedly came amid latest impasse in hostage talks and mounting pressure from public. The US also said Hamas must release hostages and disarm, however Hamas said it'd only disarm after independent Palestinian state is created.
