Israel activated its new aerial defence system 'Barak Magen', dubbed as the 'lightning shield,' for the first time after multiple Iranian airstrikes breached the Iron Dome and struck buildings in Tel Aviv and other cities. The new system intercepted several Iranian drones on Sunday night, Israeli forces said. The Barak Magen seeks to protect navy ships from various aerial threats.
