Israel will continue to discuss ceasefire proposals for Lebanon in the days ahead, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Friday. This came even as Israel rejected the 21-day ceasefire proposal put forward by France and the US. Israel said its campaign aims to secure the return home of thousands of Israelis who've been forced to evacuate areas near Lebanon's border.
