The ISRO has shared before-after satellite pictures showing devastation following the flash flood in Dharali and Harsil villages in Uttarakhand's Uttarkashi district. The satellite images would help ongoing search and rescue operations to reach out to stranded individuals and restore connectivity to the isolated region, ISRO said. At least five people lost their lives in the flash flood.
