After launching the Air Pollution Mitigation Plan 2025 for Delhi on Tuesday, CM Rekha Gupta criticised the previous AAP government's odd-even scheme to curb air pollution, calling it "harassment" for people of Delhi. She said, "If a family has one car, will it not step out of the house?" adding that pollution control measures must also consider the people’s convenience.
