Reacting to a court acquitting all seven accused in Malegaon blasts case, advocate Mahesh Jethmalani said this was a "false case". "I feel sorry for the victims who suffered as the case was politically driven," he stated. Notably, Mahesh had previously represented ex-MP Pragya Singh Thakur in the case. The blasts took place during the month of Ramadan in 2008.
