Former West Indies batter Chris Gayle has said that South Africa all-rounder Wiaan Mulder made an error by giving up the chance to overtake Brian Lara's world record Test score of 400*. "He panicked and he blundered, straight up," Gayle said about Mulder declaring while batting on 367*. Mulder had said that he wants the record to remain with Lara.
