After EC trends suggested lead for National Conference (NC) and Congress in J&K Assembly polls, NC leader Farooq Abdullah said it will be "logon ka raj (people's rule) and not police raj (police rule)" in UT. "We'll try to bring out...innocent persons who're jailed," Abdullah added. This is first time Assembly polls were held in J&K after Article 370 abrogation.
