ITC Limited has acquired Sresta Natural Bioproducts for ₹400 crore, with ₹72.5 crore payable over 24 months, to boost its presence in the organic food segment. The deal adds SNBPL’s vast organic farming network and global subsidiaries in the US and UAE, strengthening ITC’s FMCG portfolio and expanding its global reach in the high-growth organic food market.
