An Industrial Training Institute (ITI) student was allegedly ragged by fellow students at his college hostel in Tamil Nadu's Madurai. His clothes were forcibly removed, and he was hit on his private parts with a slipper. After the victim's parents filed a complaint with the authorities, police registered a case against three students. The hostel warden has also been suspended.
