Online travel booking platform Ixigo is selling 10.1% stake to Dutch technology investor Prosus for ₹1,295.56 crore. Ixigo will issue shares to Prosus on a preferential basis at ₹280 per share, a 10.5% discount to its closing price on Thursday. The company said it will use 25% of the proceeds towards developing new AI platforms and expanding its hotels business.
